Centre the swingarm, set both to 7.5, take one to 15, back it off, re-set to 7.5 moving only in the tightening direction. The 15 squeezes the grease to the right thickness; leaving it there warps the frame and swingarm. Centring within 0.010–0.020 in is good enough — there is no official spec.
